Project Methodology
ASC Engineers develop and deliver Project outcomes that both meet and exceed client expectations. Our client/project experience in working with institutions, Government bodies, architects, developers, and project managers provides a broad range of experience in both the public and private sector. ASC Engineers develop a specific project methodology and work plan in collaboration with the client to ensure the best possible project outcome. The nominated project manager is responsible for client liaison for the duration of the project to ensure that the engineering outcome, time line milestones and budgets are met. The project manager is responsible for all project service elements, inter-discipline communication and co-ordination with all members of the project team and the client. ASC Engineers Quality Assurance System is implemented to ISO 9001 to ensure quality outcomes. Project Engineers and CAD technicians are provided with ongoing training and continual professional development to ensure that they are skilled members of the project team; able to carry out the project tasks relevant to their appointment. The staff expertise and industry experience ensures that the engineering quality is maintained and project goals are achieved. |

To provide creative and innovative solutions, ASC Engineers utilises a range of sophisticated engineering applications for evaluation and modeling. ASC Engineer's commitment to ESD includes the research and development of software applications for carbon emission Assessment for Scope 1, Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions. ASC Engineer’s ongoing development of technical innovation and solutions and the implementation in project documentation is a core activity for the company. Ongoing research includes air flow distribution for operating theatre ventilation systems, isolation room and clean room facilities. |
